- Identify training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments.
- Design, expand and manager training and development programs based on the needs of the organization and the individual
- Deliver system training to existing staff, both one-on-one and groups sessions
- Develop effective induction programs for new staff, apprentices and graduate trainees
- First month check-ins/skills analysis with new starters to provide follow-up systems training if required
- Set up and administer users in software applications
- Evaluate training and development programs, and prepare reports for management in areas such as usage, engagement and performance
- Trouble shoot systems issues
- Support the Systems Administrator on ad hoc projects as required including systems implementations, process improvement, data cleansing
- 4 years of experience in an Training & Development role will be an asset
- You will need to have proficiency for Training systems, fast learner and experience providing training to employees.
- Relationship-building
- Confidential nature capable and experienced in delivering training on systems
- Strong degree of emotion intelligence and interpersonal skills
- Energetic, enthusiastic individual with the ability to work in fast-paced environments
- High Attention and detailed oriented.
- English is a must
